Privacy policy
This policy covers agentreadysearch.com, a product of OMEGABYTE Technologies, Inc., Austin, Texas.
What we collect
When you run a scan, we process the URL you submit and the public content our scanner fetches from it (the page HTML, robots.txt and llms.txt). We do not require an account or payment to run a free scan.
When you request the full report, buy a paid plan, or contact us, we collect what you provide directly — typically your name, email, and site URL — to deliver the report, process payment, or respond to you.
When you talk to Ashley, the conversation is processed to answer your question and, if you ask, to route you to a person. Calls are capped at five minutes and nothing starts until you click to begin.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use scanned site content for any purpose beyond generating your score and report. We do not query any AI model with your personal information as part of scoring.
How long we keep it
Scan results are retained so you can return to a report you've already paid for. Lead information from contact forms is kept only as long as needed to follow up and is deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
